Shipping & Delivery Policy

1) Order Processing and Production

• Start Time: All custom orders are processed only after final design approval and full payment confirmation.
• Production Time: Standard production time is an estimated 1–7 business days (varies by product and quantity). Bulk or urgent orders may adjust this timeline.

2) Delivery Logistics and Timelines

• Coverage: We deliver across India via trusted courier partners.
• Charges: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may apply based on promotional offers.
• Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 3–10 business days after shipment. Sabb Kuch is not responsible for delays beyond our control (e.g., weather, logistics partner issues, or local restrictions).
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking link / AWB number via email/SMS/WhatsApp once the order is shipped.

3) Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

• Confirmation: COD is offered
• Payment: You agree to pay the full order value at the time of delivery (in cash, by card, or UPI, if supported by the courier).
• Failure to Pay: Failure to accept and pay for a COD order may result in the cancellation of future COD service for your account.

4) Non-Delivery Due to Customer

• Attempts: Couriers typically make 2–3 delivery attempts.
• Failure: Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery are subject to the following:
• The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
• Additional Re-shipping Charges will apply.
• No refund will be processed for the product value.
