Refund & Damage Claims Policy
1) Damage Claims and Shortage
Reporting Window:
Any damage, defect, or shortage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims reported after this time period will not be accepted.
Process:
Customers must provide clear unboxing video evidence while opening the product for any damage or shortage claims.

2) Refund Due to Payment Issue
- If your payment is successfully deducted but not received by Sabb Kuch due to a technical error, the amount will be automatically refunded by your payment provider within 7–14 working days.
- Is still not received, reach out to your bank customer care
3) General Refund Process
Return Initiation:
Our 24 hours return policy allows customers to return products after delivery if they find the quality or quantity unsatisfactory.
Refund Request:
A refund will be initiated if an order is cancelled by Sabb Kuch due to stock unavailability. For further support, email us at Sabbkuch.in.in@gmail.com
Processing Time:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days and will reflect in your account as per your bank or payment provider timeline. If not received reach out to your bank provider immediately.
Refund Method
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders.
- Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via:
- Bank Transfer
- Website Credit / Wallet
Refund Conditions
- Sabb Kuch may request verification documents (such as ID proof or bank details) for refund processing.
- Sabb Kuch reserves the right to decline refund or cancellation requests in case of policy violations, misuse, or fraudulent claims.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure fast processing and delivery, we begin processing orders immediately after they are placed.
Cancellation Terms:
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been processed, printed, or shipped.
- Customers must also email their cancellation request to Sabbkuch.in.in@gmail.com with order details.
- Once the order has been processed, or shipped, cancellation and refund requests will not be applicable.
